APPRECIATING THE LITTLE THINGS.

Ever found yourself in a situation where you feel like you are not making enough impact or worse still not making any impacts at all?, this situation can cause worry for a lot of people. The truth is, irrespective of who you are or what you do, you are always relevant and even without knowing it every little or big action you make will always have an impact in a way.
It is true that, sometimes you may look around you and not find anything you feel is worth celebrating, especially when you see other people celebrating things you would have also loved for yourself and it is quite understandable to feel that way sometimes and even use it as a driving force not to give up, encourage yourself and keep putting in effort but do not neglect every effort you make too and sometimes take a pause look around you and celebrate everything you have. Your friends, family, kids, work or even yourself, these are the little things that we sometimes under-appreciate despite the amount of work and effort we put into them mainly because we are so engrossed with bigger things. It is okay to be engrossed with bigger things if you so desire but then when you under-appreciate the things you have, it is easy to feel like a loser especially if you make an error or fail at a task and even worse is when you have people around you who try to put you down. It becomes quite harder to feel good about yourself and put your head back up if you do not even appreciate or celebrate your little wins.

Celebrating what you have sometimes is all the motivation you need to push for what you want. There is a joy that comes with the feeling of contentment and this also comes with peace of mind, now as the saying goes, "it is clearer to see through calm waters", this can also apply in this situation, when your mind is at peace it is easier to analyse and come up with the best approach towards what you want and also guide yourself towards the next step.
So rather than focus on what you are not able to accomplish, which is probably what everyone else is doing. Let your focus be on on your accomplishments, celebrate your wins both big and small, pat yourself on the back and keep moving. You are doing well..
Cheers...
