THE PERFECT BODY.

If you ask around today for what an ideal body type should look like, I am pretty sure more people would tell you they would like to be around 6 ft tall and not weigh over 120 pounds with a 26 inch waist line. Quickly, let me run a brief Body-type education, now there are 3 basic body types, the Endomorph, the Ectomorph and the Mesomorph, although they might be altered by certain conditions like lifestyle choices, diets and workout, I will do a quick breakdown of the basic characteristics of the body types and leave a link for anyone who might be interested in more details under this post. Now the Endomorphs are characterized by a softly rounded body type, the Mesomorphs have a more rectangular looking body outline and their bodies are mostly dominated by muscles and bones while the Ectomorphs have a more linear and fragile looking body type. It is also possible to be a little bit of two (2) or even all three (3) body types.
While the general view on body types might look more appealing and desirable for a lot of people, the fact will remain that we are not all structured in one way, our bones and muscles are aligned quite differently we can't all be 6 foot tall with broad chiselled chests and tiny waists, and that does not necessarily mean that your body type is not quite amazing either. However, what we can all have is a quite healthy body to give us the best look for whichever body type we have.

Some of the factors which affects body types include, but are not limited to;
  • Lifestyle choices; Activities such as Diet, Workout, Surgery, Childbirth as well as some work choices such as modelling or fitness related jobs and a lot more that we engage ourselves in can affect or alter our body type.
  • Physical activities; Also activities that require more or lesser physical input can have an impact on our overall body type, for instance someone who engages in more physical activities at work may easily appear more muscular than a person who engages in lesser physical activities.
  • Genes; Your physical appearance may also be quite hereditary which means, it is embedded in your genes and this is also very common as we often find that a lot of families often exhibit a similar physical appearance.

It is quite important to know your body type as well as know the fashion that best suits your body type. It is also good to know your body type so you do not have to go on having expectations that may not be in line with your body type when working on getting a healthy version of your body. What matters more is keeping fit and healthy and you would then get the best results from your body and come to see the beauty of it also. It is also important to know how to select and put together outfits that best flatter your body type to avoid looking quite off. What looks great on some People may not look as great on you if you do not have the same body type and also something that looks great on you may look pretty off on some other body type.

The perfect body is the healthiest version of your body type.
